Description: Records of the Tau Chapter of Phi Upsilon Omicron, a national honor society in home economics, including minutes of meetings, constitution and by-laws, financial records, annual summaries of activities, correspondence, scrapbooks, activity calendars, founding of the Tau Chapter, various membership and initiate lists, lists of officers and advisors, administration of the Tau Chapter, and miscellaneous records. The Home Economics Senate of Stout Institute was established in 1931. In April 1933, The Home Economics Senate became the Tau Chapter of Phi Upsilon Omicron.
